Diet

Diet

Take a second objective look at the word itself.  DIE t.  For years I have been a proponent of diets and coaching my clients with tools believed to
be helpful in creating a lifestyle which would help them achieve the positive change they yearned for.  By checking the label, weighing and monitoring food intake we believed the end result would be success.  We put every bite of food we ate into an online diary that was back office monitored by me, their coach.  I would provide feedback and together we would work towards an end goal of positive change.  In addition exercise has always been a component of the programs. Did the program work?  Yes.  Was it sustainable?  In most cases no, it was not.  Statistics state 97% of weight loss is regained within 3 years and often it's more weight than what was originally lost.  All that effort and hard work down the drain! What does one do?  We start all over again and so the cycle begins.

Thankfully a Precision Nutrition advertisement caught my attention and I received info on their program.  My heart sank because it was expensive.  I sat and scoped them out and for a couple years and I wavered back and forth.  Buy it..don't buy it!  Finally I bit the bullet and began my PN  journey.  The course was intense, detailed, regimented and the best thing I could have ever done, not only for myself but my clients too!  This program is the culmination of the Masters and PhD courses the PN team has taught, the data they've collected, and the research they've published.

So now the ball is in my court.  I can and want to help people create positive, sustainable change! It's not easy and doesn't happen quickly.  The PN program is all about your habits. To test the program I became my own client.  Just let me say this... Hello, my name is Debbie and I am no longer a 'chip-a-holic'!  For me to be able to make that statement is absolutely phenomenal.  I'd love for you to cross over to my side of the nutrition world and be able to make a similar statement.
